Curious about IL and NJ Surcharge
On KBB etc. for the 2006 Vibe Base 2WD I see a "surcharge" added to MSRP of $255 for Illinois, and $50 for New Jersey. On the "invoice" side it says n/c. What is this all about?

extra delivering fee?? i don't know.

Delivery fee would add to both the MSRP and the Invoice. Also - if a Vibe sold in those states is titled to a different state there is a credit of the same amount. I am betting it is some screwy state law in IL and NJ.
