Need some help with a bolt size

I'm working on making a custom harness bar for my car and I didn't want to remove the passenger seat belt until I know what size bolt is on the car. Does anyone happen to know the size of the top bolt that is adjustable, and also the bottom bolt that is located on the back side?

None of the stuff I have lists bolt sizes. I'd have to pull one and take it to a hardware store to compare it against some that are labelled with size, but I'm not going to Better post some oics when you get it done
