I'd think it might be some kind of grounding problem. Easiest thing to try would be to make sure that the PC and TV were plugged into the same outlet, or outlet strip. That didn't work for this guy though : http://www.lyberty.com/tech/vi...m.htma lot of other potential sites that may or may not be useful in this google search., I don't have time to look through them all right now though.

If joatmon's suggestion doesn't help, try using a 3-prong plug to 2-prong adapter on the PC or TV (but not both).PS - if that doesn't help, remove it and try wiring the metal frame of the TV to the metal computer chassis.

Most tvs can only handle 640X480 resolution, 800X600 at the most. If you set any higher, you will get a lot of distortion as the tv can't hanlde it. Not applicable to HDTV, but Svideo cables can't handle HDTV.

Ok Guys solved the problem. It was the freakin' antenna cable. I just unplugged it and everything was fine. I am pretty sure somebody can explain that, because I have no clue why was that.

Usually the outside of the antenna coax is grounded; it may have caused a groundloop as joatmon hypothesized. (Since many TVs are 2-prong, there may not be a groundloop path with the antenna disconnected.)Glad you got it working anyway.
