rpm problems, car desn't go over 6 rpm

check engine light went on, and my rpm is low in reaction and it doesn't reach to the top, i want to know if anybody experience this same problem, or i just have to go to the makanic... someone said something about a celunoid, or it could also be the computer

There are places that will do this for free. Basically there has been a failure somewhere that has triggered the computer to run the engine at a reduced level of power to prevent damage... Have you added anything aftermarket to the engine? Particularly a cold air intake? If so, you probably have a fried mass airflow sensor...Check engine light on steady or flashing, by the way? At any rate, Joatmon's advice is good. Find what the code is and go from there.
