Hey I talked to my servce guy who said that the Cat is covered for 8 years or 80,000. So if you are in this area take it in and get the ***** swtiched. Side note a TSB is not a warranty or non- warranty it is a heads up to the service depts. AC

Yup you are correct about the TSB not being a recall. Its released information to dealerships to aid techs with fixing your car if it shares the same symptoms the TSB covers.As for the cat being covered, its all a part of the federal emissions and required by law. All car manufactures have it.
