Isn`t it un-nevring when you open the doors when the roof is wet....nothing stops the water from dripping in...

Yeah. Hardly anyone uses gutters anymore. In the quest to improve quality, cut costs and eliminate wind noise, they have been phased out. Gutters just don't make it with the new sleek styling.

Yeah, I agree but like Vibe Rater said, it was done for style and wind noise. Not just opening the door either. Cracking the window can cause water to drip in the car while driving unless you install the optional window deflectors.
