amp under passenger seat...
Would it be a good idea to hook that only to the front tweets for a louder sound? Also, does anyone know the watts on that amp? Talk to me...

The amp is actually pretty weak. I think it has a 200 watt peak, but its real RMS wattage is like 100. If you want a louder, better system, you will need better speakers to start, and most likely a more powerful amp. Run a search on the amp or sound components, there are other threads that may be of use.
