Injen CAI after installation question.

Post by lordsaber »

Woot i just installed my CAI, thx for all the help with installation instructions ^^ one thing im still not sure about though is, i've heard that the car takes additional time after the CAI is installed to fully adapt to the intake. (not talking about the 15-20 idling time used to fix CEL problems) Is this true and if so how long does the car take to fully adapt the the intake, does the performance increase over time till its fully used to the CAI?

My car took about 3-4 days of driving to learn how to breathe easier with the cai. The more you drive it the sooner it will learn.
