Quote, originally posted by mcgusto82 »what i want to see is the next vibeIMHO at the rate GM is losing money, there won't BE a next Vibe! They'll continue to build the present one virtually unchanged until Pontiac is shuttered (2008?) GM will kill off Pontiac, as it did Oldsmobile.I just read where Toyota ran at something like 107% of capacity worldwide in 2004, while GM and Ford were at about 85% of capacity.[Fantasy Button ON]The only wildly successful (but low-production volume) Pontiac, the Solstice, will be dropped in favor of the Saturn Sky. In light of production capacity needs, Toyota will buy out GM's share of NUMMI and build more Toyotas to keep up with the worldwide demand. [Fantasy Button OFF]
My 2003 Vibe Base Auto 2-tone Salsa "SalsaWagon" was built in May 2002. I acquired it in Feb 2004/Traded it in on a 2016 Honda HR-V in Feb 2018.
