Another Montreal Meet?

It was so much fun the last time, how about another meet? Say in the first week of November before it really gets cold lolI'm in! Anyone else? Come on a nice hot poutine at the Orange Julep!!

When is that auto show at the stadium? You guys should have a meet and go there? Last one I went to was in oct/nov... can't remember anymore...

if it's in the evening, I'm in! if in the afternoon, I won't be able to do it, I'll be working... I'll be at Farhnam on the riffles range, evaluating if candidates of the course I'm giving can monitoring their shooter properly. I'm supposed (a lot of thing can change in the army...) to be free in the evening, so I would drive to Montreal for the meet, and come back after. let's say... 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM??

Argh! Winter tires! I have a dilemma - I want to beat the rush and get them on, yet I don't want to get them on too early. I'm thinking first weekend in November.

I have them since september, and I don't regret it. I won't be in trouble when the fisrt snow will hit us (I'm on the road each weekend), and I didn't have to do the line up. why wait to the last minute??? it won't change anything, except that you will be safier at the first snowstorm, for you, and other road users

I know its alot safer...but my winter tires are on steelies and I swap them myself, thats why i dont care waiting till the last minute.Back on topic, it would be cool to do the meet during the evening cuz you would be able to come by..and maybe others would too.

I can sugest an alternative to november 5th. what about a beautiful sunday on november 27th?? just like that, I'm not working, I'll be at Ottawa on saturday, so it's easy to stop by on sunday... but I'm still good for the 5th if it's around 8:00PM

Ha Ha psycho, yes indeed I will bring my jacket this time. It was just one of those days where it was nicer in the Laurentians then MTL... As for the time, like you said, daytime is better.

I may be able on november 20th, but I don't know at what time I will finish. I'll be on a rifle range all day at Farnham... I can be there for 3:00 PM, as I can be there for 6:00... other than that, I can only on nov. 27th all day and december 18th... sorry, a student can only work in weekends!!!
