Replacement of seats due to comfort

I have really been considdering a Vibe as a replacement to my wife's Rav4. I recently had a Vibe as a rental car and added over 400 miles to it. I really must say, I find the seats very uncomfortable. In both seats I find the lower back support to almost non-existent.On the passanger seat, I find the hindge mechenism that allows the seat to lay flat to be too combersome. I feel that the hindge tends to dig into the kidneys of the passanger.Has anyone had luck with changing out the seats?I was disipointed to find that there is no factory seat upgrade and that the Toyotas use the identical seat. Can anyone confirm if the Corolla seats can be swapped in without mechanical difficulty and still provide a good driving position?Does anyone have any personal experiences that they can share with swapping to aftermarket seats? I am not looking for true racing seats but rather touring seats. Something that is reclinable and is not a chore to get in and out of.Thanks for any insight,John

First, let me Welcome you to our Vibedom!!As far as the seats go most of us really like them. There have been a couple of folks that hate them and so far we have not heard of anyone that has tried differnet seats that will work. If you do find something, PLEASE let us know!!You may try browsing the http://www.matrixowners.com site and see if any of those folks have been successful at a seat swap.
