When I show it to people, i say.. we'll if I had a laptop I could plug it into the 115V outlet and rest it on this table here.. but really I don't think i'd be doing any computing on the road...So anyone find any creative uses for it... besides keeping your seat clean after a stop at Sonic Drive In?
I'm attending school online - so I tend to do most of my work while online or at least on my laptop. I've discovered a few free Wifi areas that I can hit while traveling - so I tend ot use the seat back as a desk. The 110 outlet is great - saved me from having to purchase a car adapter.I've also used it for a foot rest while sitting in the back seat... waiting for the spouce to exit a store.
Excellent place for playing games on the laptop while you're driving on the highway!I can even plug the AC cord into the dash outlet, and all is well. It's also a good place for road-trip snacks, like bowls of chips and popcorn and pudding cups and two or three chocolate bars.Throw some toolbox shelf liner on there and everything stays put too.Seriously, though, if I'm out of the office, and need to revise CAD tooling drawings or wiring schematics, it's handy and private.

*I love old Threads*I have to say you guys have some interesting things you do for the table, and some of them I wouldn't have thought of. To be honest, most of the time I forget the table is even there. I put it down a few times, but mostly it's just when hauling long items. Once I fit a full size couch in the Vibe. But the seats down, and had it tilted just right so my shifter was just under the back of the couch....It's amazing what you can fit in a Vibe when you are determined.
never really use it.. always for cargo... and always have two or 4 people in the car.... never 3 and the back seat driver never used the table.*i fit a full sized futon into the vibe... determination is the key! My VIBE

Old laptop to play DVds for my son in the backseat. His feet reach the back and act as a foot rest. The laptop has wireless and I use it ocassionally on WiFi spots. What luxury! In my day all we had was a lump of coal to suck on!

Only problem the audio is horrible when piped through the stock radio at the same time the laptop is plugged into the 115v. Sounds great when running off the laptop battery, though. Must be some kind of ground loop..... PS - not really a consumer use, but there's a few shops around here that use Vibes for the company vehicles. It'd make a great place for paperwork and other crap when out calling customers.

I am a full-time student, and when I truly have to study (quiet places on campus you always end up seeing you know and end up not getting done what you need), I use it as a deask for writing, or to put my laptop on (wifi throughout).CH

I have signatures turned off so I'm not even sure what mine says in this space!
I have used it for laptop. Works great for me. Also, we take very long trips and fold it forward and one sleeps while the other drives. It is a bit higher than folded down back seat so we stick a pillow there to make a more of a gradual incline. Works great for us. Saves motels. Once we parked in a motel parking lot at 4 am and slept til sunrise. Great for crossing Kansas. I don't have to look, can sleep accross the whole state.
Same here, when i had to Drive to NC in the middle of the night, I used the fold down as a bed from the back seat. used it for a laptop, and even as a food table for lunch on the go
