2005 trd sc

Post by bladez718 »

Hi everyone. Im from matrixowners.com. Most of you might know now that TRD will not make a supercharger for us anymore. They finally left us in the dirt and stomped on us. Now we must rely on aftermarket support. Everyone may know that the 05 cars have drive by wires and different ecu. therefore the supercharge is not going to work. I dont how many of you read this article which they supercharge a 2005 corolla which shares the same engine as our matrix/vibes. They made an adapter. but no one was able to locate the person or team who develope this adapter. here is the link to the article.: http://www.winnipegfreepress.c....html ..I found someone who speacializes in toyota force induction. His name is Gadget and he is from URD,, underdog racing developement. He said that he will be able to make us an adapter so that we can put the 04 sc on the 05 cars. I just need to know how many of you are interested in this adapter? Im planning to head down to south maryland in jan 06.. Im going to start saving money. I just need to make sure people are interested so URD will make it. Im not sure what will happen in the next few months,, trd reply back a couple days ago and said that they have no plans for us anymore.
