Yep, made the final switches this weekend at the local MO meet. Took some pics, should have them posted up tomorrow evening. They look and feel great! Didn't make a lot of difference from what I had, but I like them either way! Still have the front sway bar to do, but apparently it is quite the hassle so we didn't do it. Eventually I'll get around to it! Now I'm just waiting on Sam!

Thanks again for the great deal, and I am looking forward to seeing your install pics Well, I got them to the comp at home late last night, but no time to get them somewhere where I can access them from work or post them, so it will have to be later this afternoon. Didn't really take any pics of the install, as I was too busy actually helping with it, but got some after pics, pics of everything on. Looks good. Guys doing the STB really gave it a beating, so it's kind of scratched up and stuff now. Wish I would have played a more active part in that to prevent that damage. 1 guy cross-threaded a bolt and we had to improvise, but everything worked out. All-in-all very happy with the set-up. Can't wait to get it out throw it around a little an see how it really feels!

If you have some jacks, it's really not that difficult, just time consuming. http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=3790
Thanks guys! Yeah, there's always a good turnout for the MO meets. We almost always have more but a few of the guys just show up, hang out for a while, and take off. Some end up showing in other vehicles as well. 1 of the guys Matrix was in the shop and he came in a Dakota. Another guy comes alot in his other cars, like an AE86 Corolla and a Lexus he has. It's fun and we always have a lot of stuff to do for the guys that actually show. Most drive down here to SD from the LA area, too. I was hoping that someone *cough*Christian*cough* was going to make the trip, but no luck since he was out spending time with his possibly now future wife. I'm always the only Vibe and most of the time 1 of if not the only white guy!

They look good, congrats. It's too bad there aren't more people around here to meet up with. I think I am the only one here that even has started modding a vibe. I have seen one focus modded other than that its hondas.

Quote, originally posted by Thewhite »don't you think the rear sway bar is kind of useless, placed trough the torsion beam?? Where is a better spot? It works just fine where it is. Try removing it and go for a drive. On second thought don't. (on the advice of my lawyer)
Quote, originally posted by Thewhite »Maybe I'm wrong, but isn't the RSB use to prevent chassis from twisting? if so, how can it twist at the torsion beam??No, it is to reduce body roll. When you lower the car and put on a thicker sway bar, they both reduce the amount of body roll and improve the handling.
