Reason for the build dates getting pushed back

This is just my theroy on why build dates keep on getting pushed back. I know that most GM plants take a week or two week vacation in the summer. Almost all operations stops during this time. I'm not sure if it applies to the NUMI plant but the one in GR, MI will be closed around the week of July 4th. Again, this may not apply to all plants....but its just a thought.Cheers
