G-Box

Ok, does anyone know if this "G-box is any good or not? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...&rd=1I've heard that it works and I've heard that it is just a resistor in a box.

this is a resistor isnt it?anywaysdoes it actualyl hurt the engine?i heard it either leans it out or riches the a-f mixture or somethingi know it lies about the outside air temp to make the engine think its colder...so it would add moer fuel, mabye it does richen it outwillit hurt it to run rich?
