I would guess that an upper 80% are autos but a lower auto % here.

Your welcome, I did try to find it but couldn't. This was the best I could do. http://www.genvibe.com/html/news/headlines.shtml This is a great site. Most dealer lots won't have a base manual and many will get the GT. I know that was the case when I was looking at the largest Chicagoland dealer. I'm also curious about the real #s but I doubt would wager that Vibe stick purchase is in the low to mid teens.

my dealer keeps one base manual only on his lot. the other local dealers seem to follow the same trend. roughly, that's one out of 10-15 vibes locally that are stick.
Salsa 2-tone Basecargo nets, liner and seatback storageThe best thing about having my previous car totaled in an accident is that i got a Vibe to replace it

Not a direct answer to your question, but my dealer has probably 30 Vibes on his lot, and they are ALL Base/Automatics. Seems like the manual transmission is a dying breed, even though both my Maxima and Vibe are sticks. I even had a stick Caravan, before it died!

Seems like the manual transmission is a dying breed.I have pretty much the same feeling. You used to see even the big Chevy Impala available with a manual back into the early 60's. Now, manual transmissions are largely found only in sports cars, econoboxes or enthusiast cars. I would put the Vibe in that last category because it generates so much enthusiasm among its drivers!
