confused about brake upgrades

i see a post by someone mentioning that they got brembo brakes for the vibe, but i cannot find the vibe on brembo website to look up the kit. does a kit from another car work, if so which?or does Baer have a system? i had Baers on my GP and loved them.thanksJeff
