Driving to Oregon from CA I-5 Tire Chains
The weather condition said I need chains or "traction tires."1. Are the stock Vibe tires consider "traction?"2. Sorry I don't have the owners manual here. Can the chains go on the stock 16 inch wheels? What kind of chain should I get? Chain on all 4 or just the front?TIA

SAT question:Stock tires are to traction as A) cereal is to healthyB) soda is to sugarC) paper is to computers.The answer is C). They are total opposites! Seriously though, I don't know about tire chains, but my Green Diamond snow tires are beasts. They grip into EVERYTHING...Of course, not knowing how long you're going to Oregon for, it might not be practical to get a whole new set of tires...
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

Any recommendtions on chains? I was thinking ogf going to wallmart.
