Toilet Bowl! I live here thanks to the military and my whole family of in-laws live here too, so I hate the Chargers! Go Jets!!! I have to listen to cotton candy, blue and gold, Chargers are going to the Super Bowl all day from my wife!

It was pretty pathetic, both teams got lucky! Guess the Jets just got luckier!

Marty was looking at field goal the whole way. I realize that there is a risk of throwing an interception or fumbling, but there is a greater risk in attempting a 40 yard FG in the rain. Have some balls for christ sakes. That and instead of running up the middle to set themselves up for an easy FG, like they did on the first two downs they decided to run to the right so they had an angle. If they would have been in the middle of the field Kaeding would have made it with no problem. That and Kaeding is a rookie kicker (out of Iowa woo hoo) playing in the biggest game of his career and you stick him with that? I am not a Chargers fan (KC fan) so I know about Martyball. And that was it bigger than life.Lost the game due to bad coaching.

I'm still sitting back waiting to see which team Big Ben gets to strike down next, the Jets or the Broncos! We're not going to just beat them, we're going to devour them! GO STEELERS!!!I know Jeff Reed would have never missed that field goal! lol! And 13-0 isn't bad for a rookie quarterback right out of college, wouldn't ya say? rofl! GO #7 "BIG" BEN ROETHLISBERGER!!! Only 3 more wins to go .

That's just Marty for ya. Sometimes he tries to out-think a team more than out-play them. By all rights, the Chargers should have won that game. But I'm kinda glad they didn't because I'd rather have the Steelers play the Jets in for the division championship. I hate the Jets.

Can't wait to see Chad Pennington covered in Heinz Field dirt, being peeled off the ground after Farrior comes untouched up the middle.

I'd love to see Troy Palamalu come flying in and plant him in the field at least once, too.Good news for Steelers fans. Just read the report and Jets starting QB Chad Pennington is currently sidelined with a stomach virus that he got from his wife and kids. He showed up for practice Wednesday and told coach Edwards that he is sick and after seeing him, the coach sent him back to get some rest. He missed practice today and is expected to miss practice again tomorrow.Sadly, backup QB Quincy Carter is back home in Georgia to be with his sick mother. She must be gravely ill because the report said that it was unlikely that he would return for the game this weekend. That leaves the Jets with 3rd stringer Brooks Bollinger to start if Pennington isn't better by gametime. Edwards seemed confident that Pennington will return in time for the game and was even alluding to some kind of miraculous performance from Pennington because he is sick. He seems to think that sick players perform much better. Well, for his sake, I hope so, because I think he's full of B.S. and just doing the typical cheerleading that the coach needs to do before a big game. Here we go Steelers, here we go!!!

lol, nope, it's true. But they lied to us a bit. I heard on the radio this afternoon that Pennington did participate in a "light practice" session with the team today. Good. I hope he gets worn out and is weak for the game.

Well, he can get plenty of rest now because the Jets are officially DONE FOR THE SEASON!!! Now for the Patriots. If we play as horribly as we did again this week, we're dead. Ben was way too nervous. We were very very fortunate to squeak by in the Jets game. I think my heart is still trying to recover!

I'm gonna hope for the Steelers to pull off the upset. I'll say Steelers vs. Eagles. Nothing like the battle of Pennsylvania for the Superbowl! Our Governor, Ed (the drunk) Rendell was mayor of Philadelphia before and has ties to the Eagles organization. He's already publicly stated that should it be Steelers vs. Eagles in the Superbowl that he'll be cheering on the Eagles. Not a big surprise, since he sends all our revenue over to that side of the state and lets our little corner here rot all to hell. So screw him anyway! lol. But Lt. Governor Catherine Baker-Knoll is from a suburb of Pittsburgh, so she said that she's cheering for the Black and Gold all the way.

Well, it's gonna be the Patriots and the Eagles in the Superbowl. Man, did we ever play a crappy game.I can't decide who I want to win now. I don't mind the Eagles so much, but I absolutely hate Ed Rendell. And I hate the Patriots, too. Looks like I'll just have to get some wings, eat some pizza, and watch something else on the night of the Superbowl. Hey, I can do whatever I want, the Superbowl is on my birthday this year.
