Just Look at them.Exteriors are more or less different.Engines are identical.Interiors are mostly identical hatch-forward.Cargo area has some differences because we have quarter windows whereas the matrix has wrap-around glass.Mostly, though, you could put a matrix and vibe side-by-side, get in each, and not be able to tell the difference (negating the logo on the steering wheel).
