Replaced the Vibe

I don't post here often, but I figured I would share this info. In November, as some of you may recall, I was t-boned in my Vibe and it was almost totaled.Well, I took a cash payout from my insurance and sold the vibe to a salvage yard. I had been looking for a car for about a month, and then I found exactly what I wanted; A 2004 Mazda 6 5-door.I absolutely love the car (especially the color)!!!Here is a link to my page:http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/733385

Very nice, love the Mazda 6. Just one question though, what's the difference between the 5 door and the sedan model? They're both sedans arent they?

They both look really similar (the sedan and 5-door). The difference is that the whole rear (glass and all) lift up on my car similar to a coupe (like a Scion tC or Acura RSX). My car has a shorter rear deck lid than the sedan. I wanted the 5-door because it gave me more utility that I was used to having in the Vibe.

Mine is a 4 cylinder, so I am hoping that engine recall is not effecting me.As for future mods, I would like to add XM or Sirius Radio, 2 10 in. JL Audio subs, tint the windows, and depending on what Mazdaspeed accessories are available when the production version Mazdaspeed 6 comes in mid/late 2005. I would also like to look at adding leather seats, probably from katskin in black with red inserts and red piping.

those seats would look good, I'm planning something of the same only in fusion colour to match my Vibe. When the $$$ allows anyway lol.

Does MazdaSpeed have mods for the 6? Check your dealer.

Mazda does not have much for the 6 right now.But, the Mazdaspeed 6 version is coming out this year, so I am guessing that Mazda will offer some mazdaspeed accessories.
