Ticking/scratching noise coming from CD player when stopping...

Hey all,I was wondering if any of you with the factory single CD player have this weird ticking sound whenever you apply moderate pressure on the brakes. I think it's something to do with the skip protection, but it seems to be getting more sensitive. Like, when I'm backing up, when I stop to go forward, it makes the ticking noise. Also, stopping at a light suddenly, it ticks. This only happens when a CD is playing. Please tell me someone else has had this and it was fixable/replaceable.Thanks.
