That is the most rediculous thing I have ever seen. How is it possible for the addition an obstruction within the duct (especially a PINWHEEL?!?) to result in better airflow?

They are bogus...A friend of mine bought one for his truck.Now he's out fifty bucks and no change in gas milage.
