I don't recognize from your parts list which are amps or know how big they are. The 115 AC inverter is under the drvers seat, only the switch and outlet are located in the dash. I don't know if there would be any noise issues from having an amp close to the inverter under the driver's seat

I have a JL Audio 500/4 under the driver seat. I'll confirm that against Joatmon's fears (which are reasonable!), that i've had no interference from the inverter under the driver seat. I don't have an amp under the passenger seat, as I have the 6disc changer and my equalizer down there.2) Stock wiring is probably fine. Otherwise, get some 16 gauge to go to the door speakers. At least 12 ga to go to the sub.3) Without knowing what kinda power your amplifiers are using, couldn't be exact. Most likely you need to run at least 4 ga from the battery to a fused distro near the amplifiers, and you could run 8 ga from the distro to the amps as long as it's a short distance. You also need to count up the total amps rated on the fuses on the amplifiers, and make sure the fuse under the hood is at least as large, if not 10% higher rated than the sum of the fuses on the amplifiers.4) You can get Toyota speaker adapters, they sell them at Circuit City, and maybe bestbuy. Ask for Toyota door speaker spacers.

You want to run a 10" Alpine Type R off a 140w amplifier? That's not really very sane.. As far as I know, the Type R is somewhere between 300-600w RMS, and it's a dual-voice-coil, too. So you'd want a monoblock amplifier that can put out twice what you've got now.But irregardless, stick to what came with the speakers, or thicker. You can probably find the toyota adapters at other car audio shops, too. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-G...600DXThat's actually more of what you want. You just need the spacers so the front speakers don't interfere with the windows. The rear speakers don't need them, as the window doesn't travel as far.

the sub is rated for 300 rmswill the amp i have not work for the subit has been a long time since i built a system how does the dual vioce coil hook up?i figured i could bridge the amp to sinlge channel and us it for the sub
That all depends on the amplifier. It can be hooked up one of three ways. If you have a single channel amplifier that can handle a 2 Ohm load, then you need to wire from one side of the speaker to the other, + to + and - to -, then out of the box to the amplifier. That shows a 2 Ohm load and is referred to as 'parallel' wiring. Second method is to wire from the amplifiers + to one side of the +, from that side's - to the sub's other side +, then from the other side - to the amplifier, in series. That gives an 8 Ohm load. Or, if you have a 2 channel amplifier, then wire each side of the sub to a seperate channel on the amplifier. One of my colleagues at work informs me the Type R subwoofer needs at least 300-350w RMS amplifier to run well, else you risk damaging the sub.

took your advice jahntassa and got a different amp alpine mrp-m350 mono amp now i can wire the sub to 2 ohm and pound now another question for ya am i better to use the 40 x 4 for the other speakers or use the 50 x2 for 1 set and get another 50 x 2 for the rears or bridge the 4 x 40 to 100 x 2 and use it on the fronts keeping in mind that rms rating is at 14.4 volts and i doubt will hit that voltage the front speakers are spr-176a components any idea what the rms would be at 12.5 volts?
Well, whenever the engine is running, the car's voltage will be at least 14v. That's what the alternator puts out. You can run two 50x2's, but, the 40x4 may be better off for you, unless you get something that has a much higher rating, like 60x or 70x. The 100w RMS value may be pushing it. You don't want to go too high above the RMS values, especially when you have the crossovers. Those stand a chance of burning up faster than the speakers.
