Indiana and surounding areas that would be interested in a caravan to the (2005) MI super meet.

Post by Ponyota »

Hello everyone, I'm interested in knowing if there is any interest in having a caravan to the MI super meet this next year (2005)??? I think it would be pretty cool to have alot of us come in at the same time. So if your driving through Indiana or going to be somewhere along the way and want to meet up, let me know. Sure would turn alot of heads! We're pretty sure we'll be leaving on Friday and spending the night In MI.

As soon as someone lets me know when and where its going to be held next year, maybe I can reserve a block of rooms at a local hotel to. Anyone interested email me and send me your location and address. Over the winter I will make up a map for all of us to meet at a central location and follow each other to the MI super meet. I think it would be pretty cool to have alot of us come in at the same time. Sure would turn alot of heads! Let me know! Thanks!Ok, maybe it's to soon....Maybe it's not a good idea?

I might be interested. I don't know for sure if I can attend or not yet, however.

If all goes well, I should be able to attend next year... phantom_operator (who hasn't posted in ages) attended the OH meet with me this year, for MI we may drive our Vibes separately...The caravan sounds like an excellent idea! And my, the looks we'll get. I'm in, as long as I can make it there next year. Where are you thinking about all of us meeting up? I'm way down here at the bottom of the state, ~100 miles from Indy. Anywhere north of here is fine with me...

I'm interested in a caravan. That will probably be the only way I'd go (I get lost often). I'm in Fishers, IN

OK great! As soon as I find out how many is interested I was planing on finding a convenient intersecting location that we all could meet at. Maybe pick up a few others on the way up. I'll prolly be spending the night though, looks like about a 6 hour drive for me.

I'm driving up to where ColonelPanic lives Thursday, and then we're going up there together, but we're leaving on Friday. Anybody else leaving then? Or is everyone else waiting until Saturday?

It's a little too early to tell for sure, but we'll probably be driving up on Friday. We might arrange to meet some of y'all on I-69 at IN-32 near Muncie???

Cool as I think it would be to join up...uhh...we'd have to leave at like 2 a.m. so I think it's out, unfortunately. It's an 8-hour drive from New Albany to Detroit sooo...yeah. We'll be going on Friday sometime. So if anybody is going then I guess we could probably meet up.
