Happy Halloween! Toyota owners, Please don't actually DO this!

Post by ProStreetGTO »

Ok - maybe I have too much time on my hands, but this concept came to me while I was gazing at the grille of my Matrix. After completing the graphic, and realizing what I had done, I began considering seeking some counselling!! Maybe there are some of you out there just warped enough to really try doing this to your emblems!!! LOL It COULD be done!!!! Don't ya just love Halloween?! Drive slowly tonight - a lot of kids out! jOe P.S. Maybe I should have bought a VIBE! LoL
Love the Vibe, but own a Matrix (love it as well!)My OTHER car is a 74 Pro Street GTO - 8-71 blown 468 Chevy - approx. 625 HP. see: http://ultimategto.com/1974cars8.htm (Pic of Week 7/30/00) http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4291191923 Since I bought my GTO 24 years ago, the Matrix/Vibe is the most exciting car I've owned!

My dad had a '70 GTO convertible with the Hurst 4 on the floor and 400ci engine. It was the dark green color (British racing green?) with tan interior and black roof. He had it repainted a nice red color in about 1982 (I think he bought it in 1980) and sold it (sadly) in 1984. I would love to have the car today. I remember it well, even if I was only about 5 years old at the time he sold it. I was terrified to be in the car when the top was lowered because it would hit the top of the windshield with a bang. I would try to get out of the car but the doors were too big and heavy for me to open myself. Makes me laugh remembering that. I also remember that my dad let me sit on his lap and steer it one day as we drove back up our street. I told my mom about that maybe 2 years ago and she freaked. LOL.

My father had a Marina Turquoise (dark blue-green) 1966 GTO coupe with a 4-speed. That's what I came home from the hospital in when I was born. I guess I was predestoned to be a car nut.
