Hey Todd I finally got around putting mine on this weekend also, They did handle 100 mph test yesterday on they way to Hershey Park to celebrate my little girls birthday. No she was not in my car going that fast that would be stupid. I drive much more sensibly when she is in the car. I will take pics at lunch time to show everyone the smoke color and see if anyone else likes them as much as I do.

100 MPH test! Yeah, that is some good data if someone asks me! LOL!!! Excellent, glad you like them and once you post pics we can see what others think too. I am going to limit the colors to yellow only and possibly the smoked once we get some other opinions on them. The other colors either got no interest or were harder to spray for me.

Sorry I lied, this is the last on that Todd was worried about the paint spray on the cover, but you can not really tell anything when these are installed. If you look close you can see some blotching where the paint lays. But I would like to say these are some of the best covers I have see made for any vehicle, not some real cheap plastic like my head light covers, these are thick and can take some abuse. Since my head light covers got blow off in the automatic car wash, and cracked a little. GREAT PRODUCT and Thank you again.

Yes they do dim the lights alot. Not sure on the fog cover, since I take them all off for night driving because I have been pulled over in my camaro for them so they do come off every night.I will take a night shot to night and let you guys see.

I had trouble seeing at night with the headlight covers on, so I just remove them every night. They simply pop on and off any time you need to remove them. I did have a instance when I left them on through an automatic car wash and it did blow them off. And then yesterday I was doing 100 and they didn't move. So I guess it depends on the way the wind is blowing.

You could, but I don't think I'd like that piece of velcro sitting there when the covers aren't on.

Those smoked covers look really good! Good work yet again, Todd. I've got probably 12,000 miles or more on these now and I'm happy to report that my yellow covers are still holding up wonderfully. The fog lights have been on just about that entire time and the finish still looks great. I've forgotten to take 'em off during a few washes now, and they didn't seem to mind. They've taken some abuse and have done very well.

mrizzle, you should be able to get the headlight covers from your local autoparts store. they will probably have to order them though. i've had mine for over 3 years, and they have never come off, even at the car wash or while going about 110 mph. very easy to take off too. not to mention, my headlights still look brand new!i would get todds smoked fog covers, but i hardly ever take my headlight covers off, so i rely on my fogs.

The lenses are still glass Stanley type...

I've sealed the "bullet holes" in the lens... but it's not going to last forever - it's the third hole I've filled in. I'm going to be looking for some aftermarket insanely bright 3" lamps - I travel a lot of backroads after dark.

Another happy customer (see picture). If it were possible, I would have liked them to be curved rather than flat. But I'm still happy that I'm protecting those $100 glass lenses, and that I was able to request the color of my choice.

I'm interested in a set - had a big hole in the drivers side for a couple months now. I want to have these in hand before I even think of installing a replacement. PM me ToolGuy...Speaking of installing a replacement, how tough are the foglights to replace? (I figure I'll get one from Ebay)

Salut fellow Canuck... how much did it cost (CDN Funds) to purchase those fog light covers? I just brought my Vibe for it's inspection, and they are charging me $250.00 + just to replace the lamp and lens.

I still haven't gotten mine installed - just finally got the replacement for our broken fog light ordered, so should have that any day.I need to get one installed on the 'good' fog light - it would be just my luck that it would get broken with the protectors sitting inside the house...

I can combine shipping of course if someone buys both fog and backup covers If bought separately it would be $25 for the clear fogs shipping included. And $15 for the back ups shipping included. Also, if someone wanted both fog and back up covers at the same time, I would cut a deal and say $25 for the fogs and $10 for the backups. I can always work something out with a potential customer for their needs!
