Since everyone is doing mods, I wanted to do some too. so I finally decided on some side graphics from decalkits.com (since they are sponsoring me now). I get them free, so why the heck not?? LOLhere's the plan: http://www.decalkits.com/cgi-b...ripes this one in silver. will be a darker silver than the vibe, so i think it'll turn out nice.

if i were better at photochop i'd try and chop that on my vibe. just to give me a better idea of what it'll look like. maybe i'll try, but been so busy, no time to do it. sigh. oh well. but i think it won't be too over the top either.

The awesome Hope, I decided to get a decal from decalkits.com as well, put one side of it on my car yesterday looks pretty good I got this one but in black (for my Shadow)http://www.decalkits.com/cgi-b...ripes

Lol I know I'll post some pics later today (hopefully) but I'm going to try to put the other side on as well and if not then you'll just get to see the picture of the one side.Also installed ground wires which I'll post a pic of (since I did it central ground style while everyone else did daisy chain) as well, I'm going to take apart part of the dask to get at the wiring for the house outlet so I can try to get my LCD/xbox combo installed. Oh btw anyone know if you can get the house outlet to stay on even when the engine is off?

Kinda expensive for a manual tho I wonder if I can just take apart the dash and figure out how to do it since I can usually figure more electrical systems out.How fast do you think having the outlet on while running an 8 inch LCD and an xbox would drain the battery? (How many hrs could I use it for before I could no longer start my car)

That would be another issue. I think with that much juice, it would drain the battery pretty fast.

Hmm well maybe I'll just forget about that for the time being and just leave it so the car has to be on. Maybe I could get a secondary battery (dunno where I'd put it but I'd figure that out if I ever decided to put another one in) to run the additional stuff with the car off. Think its possible to run ways from the alternator to the secondary battery as well as the primary so I could recharge both when the engine is on?

That I don't know. I couldn't do it in my boat, I had to get a battery switch. But in a car, I don't know.

I think it looks spectacular. I kinda like the Black Widow vinyl on the site. Not for a Vibe, but for maybea more agressive looking car like a z (if it wouold fit) or maybe a fixed up RSX.

Didn't turn out quite the way I wanted them to but when I repaint my car orange/red black decals will look better tho next time I'll get multi colored ones I suppose

Thanks I want mine to be like a dual tone paint (slightly changes color depending on angle) but I want it to go from like orange to red

just got my side graphics in the mail today. unfortunately, it'll be a few wks before i'll get a chance to work on installing them. oh well.
