FNG here!

Post by ToolGuy »

Hello fellow Vibe enthusiasts! Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Todd and I live in Michigan. Like my name implies, I am in the tool business and work for the company that makes all the GM dealer tools, Kent-Moore tools. And because of this I may be of some help in the future. I personally handle the DaimlerChrysler account... I look forward to the site and providing info. I currently belong to two Corvette sites and wrench on all my own cars, using my tools of course!

Thanks for the welcome guys! No other mods planned for the Vibe, since my wife drives it she does not want anything too rad, so I will leave my little tuning hands off the car for now! My Vette on the other hand is a different story, just got it in March.

It is a 6-speed the only way to get a Vette IMO. So far I have installed a K&N cold air kit, exhaust tips, inside rocker protectors, steering wheel flag graphics, and painted the rear fascia Corvette inlay black. Next mods are a LS6 Z06 Vette intake and paint the calipers red. It had 53K on it when I got it and because of that I had to go through the car. I did the following, new upper/lower rad hoses, new T-stat, new coolant, oil change, fuel filter change, new plugs and wires, fuel system cleaner, cleaned the throttle body and used GM's top engine cleaner. All done now and runs very strong.
