-But before you buy, first consider: Do you want one because it looks cool, or because you expect great things, handling-wise? If the former, there are dozens of threads on the subject in the "Handling, Suspension and Brakes" forum. If the latter, see my scientific de-bunk of STBs for the Vibe at: http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=6537.
Vibe GT, TRD springs, Progress bar, STB, Unichip, Borbet E 16x7.5, 225/50 Bridgestone RE750, beefed up grounds and battery bypass capacitors(had em laying around)

So when is the Rear MBSBVI going into testing Bill? No one likes a lazy mad scientist.
Employ your time in improving yourself by other men's writings, so that you shall gain easily what others have labored hard for.
I have one from Devlop and was surprised that it worked as well as it did. I think that you need to have a modded car to make it worth your while. With out the stiff suspension , sways, and tires it would be a waste of $. I would not put one on a stock car.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...=WDVWI know it's cheap etc etc etc... but It came from megan racing when I got mine shipped to me and its the same one you pay $25 for.... and I got mine for $2.99 .... $19.99 after shipping...

After all, no point in disproving something no one believes in the first place, so first someone will have to find and install one and declare it a wonderful addition.
Hey Bill, I test drove a 05 Corolla XRS and they reinforced the rear of the car between the strut towers. You can not lower the rear seat like other Corollas. There must be some flex back there if the factory braced it. I wonder if the Vibe is stronger in the rear or the same as a Corolla? I wonder if the roof rack controls some flex compaired to a Matrix? What do you think Bill? There is a project for you. Compair the suspension flex on a 03 vs. a 05 without the cross rails.
It must workI suppose; I can't imagine the factory undermining the versatility of the vehicle like that just for cosmetics! Strange, since the towers don't even affect alignment (assuming the suspension is the same as the Vibe)... Oh, well, if someone can come up with a spare '05 XRS for me to play with for a few months, guess I can check it out.
