97 Camry rear speakers

I want to find out how to remove the covers for the rear speakers in my 97 Camry. I tried to remove them by prying up with a screwdriver but it seemed too much pressure would break them. Any help is appreciated!

If I recall correctly, those grills don't come off. I believe you need to remove the back seat, starting with the lower cushions, then the back seat itself, then remove the carpted "shelf" to be able to unscrew and remove the speakers.These are a pain in the (removed) to do..i've done quite a few at CC.
