That's why people are leaving this place.precisely, poopy. these bad attitudes are wreaking havoc (i hopefully spelled that correctly ) on the forums. it's a shame that everything tends to blow up in some kind of war or debate. sure spelling and grammar are important, but being civil, courteous, and respectful to one another is by far more valueable than red ink.
(removed) this thread is going to hell but lets egg it on, it's kind of fun...you HAVE to have some controversy in a forum otherwise it gets dull Gramar is nothing, I scored a 139 on a state iq test in my psychology class last year...130 being above normal and 140 being genius, so you can't honestly consider me un-intelligent becuase of how I spell...it all has to do with how fast I'm typing right now and how lazy I am to not go back and fix my mistakes What if maybe I'm from Germany or something and have only been speaking english for a few years? That's not the case but still...So what does everyone think the next car law will pretain too? Here's one I wouldn't mind seeing....A law against how far back your seat can be reclined while driving. That way I wont have to look at all those goof balls with their seats reclined all the way into the rear seats!!! HAHHAAHA

So when they do drive by's they can hide behind the B-pillar of the car while sticking their guns out the window. I always thought, that your back and neck would get sore or tired from sitting like that. I never tried it so I wouldn't know. i'm short. i can't sit like that if i wanted to! i sit so far up and straight almost, right by the steering wheels so i can reach the pedals, steering wheel (very important i believe), and see out all windows, except for that blind spot we all despise so much.
Personally - the next law I would like to see is a restriction on SUV ownership.SUV's should require special licenses to operate them. Truck/bus drivers have to take special exams to prove that they can handle a larger vehicle.A larger vehicle should equal a larger responsibility. Therefore H2 owners, and Chevy Tahoe owners should be required to take and pass additional behind the wheel/written exams before they are allowed on the road. This may also curtail the number of people who buy H2's, Escalades, etc who just buy them for show.

Well, obviously tall people have an excuse, but we talkin bout all da thugs 4 Life out derr cruisin in da beenzes n da eskaladez.Yeah I dispise Escalades. Those stupid 69" wheels are growing on me I gues but the spinnerZ are F***ING ANOYING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They look so chincy and cheap. Even if the peson pays $4000 on them they still look cheap and fugly, plus they weigh like 40+lbs each!!!! I could get four American Weld racing wheels for under $700 and they weigh about 11lbs each!

Braking distances increased, acceleration decreased to almost unacceptable levels. As stated in my previous post - SUV sales (like H2's and Escalades) need to be curtailed.
you'd have every dealership that sells those really upset if there was requirements the buyer had to reach in order to drive them. But it is dangerious for a soccor mom who can't see to be driving an SUV.

How many people do you see ACUTUALLY using and SUV for the intended reason? Well actually now the intended reason is for show but back in the day the were ment for work. The only SUV's I EVER see being used the way they were oriinally intended would be Jeeps...not Libertys or Grand Cherokees either, only Wranglers and regular Cherokees. I mean a family containing one mother and father and one son with a hockey bag doesn't count as being used like it should...My friend's parents have this HUGE Suburban. Extended rear end and four door, but with good reason, they have a mother and father, and 4 kids, all of which play hockey.

Too many people have SUV's when a minivan would actually serve them better. If they are in the snow - a minivan can even be ordered in 4wd. Shoot, even the Vibe can be had in AWD and is just as roomy as a RAV4, CRV, etc.SUV's are great for manufactureres cause they can charge lots of $$$ for them and basically rip off joe blow buyer who "thinks" they need an SUV.I have an SUV (See my sig.) but I take it camping, off-roading and it takes me to far off destinations where the roads are not paved. I also have a class B commerical drivers license (I can drive trucks and buses) and I don't drive my Xterra like a car - I drive it like a school bus (ie. take turns slower, don't tailgate, etc).

I usually see them pulled over a little ways down the road getting the attention they were yearning for.

Thank you Mr. Mooderator.......... I noticed this thread has gone from the loud radio (Original topic) all the way to SUV's and even through the grammar and spelling lessons. James (Vibe)
