Lowering my Vibe this weekend. Any advice?

Post by Jerrod (Knellblast) »

I'm installing Tein S-Tech springs, throwing on my new 18" Mille Miglia EV-S wheels, and painting my calipers and drums this Saturday. Any advice would be muuuuuch appreciated. I'll be sure to post pics when I'm done. Thanks in advance!

Just that you have a browse through the suspension forum; there's several step-by-steps and a link to a VERY detailed proceedure.Oh, yes, and make sure the front springs in particular are still properly seated after you've torqued the upper strut nuts.

Yes, those are the instructions I was thinking of. Somewhere on that forum I posted a few added details re using an Allen wrench on the front anti-roll bar mount stud and the top of the rear strut shaft to keep them from rotating.

Thanks a lot, guys. This is exactly the sort of thing I needed.
