IE Add or Edit Discussion Server?

My bf is attempting to open internet explorer on the laptop. Everytime he does he gets this dialog box "add or edit discussion server." When he tries to cancel it says he must select a discussion server. Anyone know what thats about and how to get rid of it?

What version of IE, what version of Windows?

Win XP and IE 6.I managed to get rid of it, but I have no idea why it was showing up in the first place.

Discussions groups/servers -- typically something to do with outlook or outlook express.Did you add/remove any components from office recently?Download any windows updates?
