Header Install

anyone know how to install a header on the vibe 1zz? Directions a necessity:)

if its the exhaust header let a shop or a very edumacated friend install it, exhaust headers/manifolds are notnessasaroly easy

its exhaust...i mean its 5 nuts and 2 bolts...i already have everything undone except for one nut...i can do it(i hope)
