how create web pages?

I'm a novice with internet and I would like to know how to create web pages. What programs are you using? What do I needI don't have any knowledge on this and I'd like to have some tricks.Most of the time, I would like to host some pic.

Get your hands on the likes of Microsoft Front Page, or Netscape Composer, the rest is point and click, drag and drop. There are many tutorials on the Web, and tons of help available on the above or whatever webpage creation program you choose.Talk to your internet service provider about how you should post your pages and what program they recommend.It is so easy, even I can do it.
