I'm thinking of installing one of those insulation type products meant to enhance stereo sound. I'm not really interested in improving stereo performance as much as I'd like to reduce engine and tire noise in the cabin. Am I going down the right path? If so, which product is best?
There's been discussion about this, don't remember where. DynaMat is great stuff, to really reduce road noise, you need to pull up the carpet and put the DynaMat Xtreme stuff under it. This is just what I remember reading..but you'll get the best reduction if you cover the bottom of the car..
