Not rich by any stretch of the imagination. Honda paid off in '95, 240sx paid 3k cash July 4, 2002 from somebody I work with.I paid cash (my uncle works for gmac) for the '04 vibe. I think it was about 17,500 out the door. This new car is sweet. Honda dealer in west Houston area was dealing in my opinion. Maybe with gas prices as high as they are the suv market is soft?????Mine is loaded with every factory option- too many to list except I will say it has seating for 8 people (leather), and the rear ent system. DVD player plays through the 7 speaker, 155 watt, subwoofered stereo.Stickered for 32,850 and bought for 31,100 before ttl. I did as much research as I could and found that people all over the country were paying a little bit more and some paid a bit less. The Honda financing was 2.9% and I borrowed 20k for 5 years. The car payment is a simple interest loan and I could pay it off early and save a little bit of interest. But in reality I am paying back 21,500 total over the 5 years. Essentially paying 1500 bucks to borrow 20k. Tomorrow my side steps are coming in from California and I'll install them Friday. Heres another pic....
You really wanna make that baby sweet, get some 5.1 surround sound going in there...with a small investment, you could turn that into a theater on wheels...
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!
Nice Pilot you found! Hopefully it will treat you well. Plus, you still have the Vibe to cruise around in so you are not spending all your money at the pump on that Pilot. Of course, if I had those cars in the yard, I'd likely be driving that CRX about 95% of the time!
