Car Rally and Annual Oshawa Meet

Is this meet definitely happening? Seems like they're hasn't been much going on here...I have the time off work reserved, but I don't wanna start making travel arrangements unless they're someting to be there for...

Yes as far as I know this meet is set in stone.Dark knights is set for the weekend of July 17Th... Humor has it there will be a lot of cops there this year. Its also the same weekend as Compact Dreams which I hear might be more fun anyway.

This meet is a definate go!!!!There are plans for a meet and greet, poker run/ rally around the area an a wrap up BBQ.

What Mavrik says. I've never been to Darknights. It's a gathering of alot of import/domestic tuner cars. I believe last year, there was a lot of cops around ticketing cars for illegal mods. But from what I gathered, there were about 20000 people that attended last years event. Should be a lot of fun. Darknight's at Markham Fairground. It appears that zedtim has gone AWAL again, but here are the plans as I know themMeet and greet at GM Canada head office parking lot early afternoon.Go for a run through the scenic areas that Durham Region has to offer (no gravel, or dirt roads, everything will be on black top)This could involve a rally or Poker run style to keep things interesting.Then back to the park for a BBQ and more lies....story tellingthe evening could be taken up with a run to the Drive in which is not far away (real old fashion drive in ) or anything else that sparks an interestLets start to really put things into motion, if there is anyone who is interested in a hotel overnight IM me and we will get you the info that you need.Any other questions or concerns, let us know

Well, my Canadian friends, I regret to inform you I am going to have to bow out of this meet.My Colorado trip is official, it's kinda a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity out there, so I need to take advantage of it.I'm hoping I might get to see some of you at Ohio in August...I might try to make Montreal as well...Have fun without me!
