My neighbor have a corolla 2002,and in two year she roll only 8000km.Alway's she have problem starting the engin, she remove all the option;remote starter, change the batterie, change the headligh,...no hope. She give to toyota, and they didn't fount the problem, they say that the car don't roll enough,to make lot's of road. Now,my neighor say that his car is a lemon, she will sell his car for 10000$.
Have her try a trickle charger if she stores it inside.
Vibe GT, TRD springs, Progress bar, STB, Unichip, Borbet E 16x7.5, 225/50 Bridgestone RE750, beefed up grounds and battery bypass capacitors(had em laying around)
That seems to be a very lame excuse about her not using her car too often. My sister has a Saturn SC2 1994 with 60 000kms on her and has had no major repairs just general maintenance. She just got a lemon. Very surprised though that it is a Corolla. They are very well built cars. Feel sorry for her. Have her call Toyota Canada and complain about her car. Even better, tell her to call "J.E" (Quebec version of a consumer protection tv show) on TVA, maybe they can help her. Bonne chance!

ya that sounds very very weak! my cougar was stored and not driven for 6 mos, and i'd only had it for like 4 mos before that. just take it for a drive occassionally to keep it running. can understand if the battery dies, but all that other crap is just... CRAP!
