My best was 11.469 seconds after about 10 tries.

Got 16.859 and it wasn't easy. It does speed up a lot.

21.984 was my best time after 10 or so tries. It gets pretty quick An easy way to get past 11 seconds is to wait for a few seconds, then move it to the upper left corner. You'll be safe there until around 11 seconds or so.
