Well I got to try out my Vibes Rubber this weekend....and well, the Continentals performed so-so.....they were awful in the slush but performed fairly well in the loose and packed stuff....this isn`t my Primary Mode of transportation so i may just keep the factory rubber on for now.
Remember, no 4 seasons tire can perform better then a winter tire. I tested my Continental tire for about 10 mins in real winter condition and I bough right away real winter tire. 4 seasons tire are a compromise between summer and winter tire. For me my live and the security of my family is not a comprimise. You can keep your continental tire if you wish, it depends for what purpose you use you Vibe, but for me there's absolutly no reason to keep the continental on my Vibe to pass through the winter.

We looked at the RSA's qualifications in the snow here http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id ... =7795#7795 I decided to go with ice radials because the RSA were not rated for winter use by the gov't.

Might I add that they are superb on snow.I think there's Canadian Vibe with Good Year tire but I'm not sure.Anyways, I consider Continental as crap in 4 inch of snow and on ice.I know your in Pensilvannia and your winter are much better then yours. Maybe Good Year are better in snow then Continental, but in our winter condition, nothing is better then a real winter tire.
