04 stock suspension vs 03

Post by 5lbsofswisscheese »

Maybe I'm just imagining it, but it seems as though there is more body roll with the suspension in my 2004 Vibe GT than there was in my 2003. Can anyone who has driven both the 03 GT and the 04 GT comment on this?

I know that the 03 gt had stiffer shocks than base. Probably the same now but I don't know. Give it a few hundred miles and I bet it firms up. My new cars always ride softer until the shocks break in and take a set. Same thing happened when I lowered. It rode softer for a few days before the extra firmness of the springs could be felt.

It's got 600 miles or so on it already. Haven't noticed much difference yet from when I test-drove it.
