Canadian Vibe price drop??

I was at the dealer today looking to trade in my 03 Neptune Vibe.... The salesmen were just in the midst of changing the sticker prices down by 2000 dollars. What timing..........they ended up giving me a deal I couldnt refuse........ Gave me enough on the trade to pay off GMA C. Pick up my new 04 Shadow Vibe tomorrow....... Cant wait!! Wooohooo!

They must've had a need for a used Vibe such as yours. They are probably anticipating that the 04's will be a tough sell beside the 05's. Right place right time. Congrats.

Wonder if that has anything to do with the rise of the Candian dollar. Seems to me it has gone from 66 cents to 72 cents in the past couple of years which would be equivalent to about $2,000 on a Vibe.

I've also notice that dealer have tons of Vibe in their lots...May be they are harder to sell then in the 1st time the Vibe came on the market.Plus dealers wants to clean up their lots to make place for the 05 Vibe

Hi there,I just picked up my 2004 Vibe (Shadow) last Thursday...this is my first post! It's news like this that can make things bitter sweet....then again, I'm very happy with the deal I got so if I missed a price drop by a week...oh well.I'm still happy!
