Ok this only happens whan im on extream pitched grades like hills ans such, Ill be doing like 40 and ill press on the brakes and a little while after the initial depression of trhe peddle there will be like a a moment when the pressure on the peddle " Drops" then comes back immedality, Its not like im not slowing down but it just doesent seam right , Is there a booster that takes over on hill and extream brakeing conditions and i dont have abs so i can quite figure it out, I never have this happen on flat roads. Any thing you can tell me is apreaciated Oh yea sorry for the spelling im working on 3hours sleep

May be an air pocket somewhere in the brake lines? That would be the easiest to fix if that is all it is. Could also be that brake fluid is sometimes blowing past a seal inside the master cylinder under heavy braking conditions. That would be much worse.Brakes are nothing to fool around with, have this checked out. If there is something wrong with the brake system now, it will only get worse. It won't fix itself. There is no extra booster that acts like you stated. There is only one booster and it should be operating at all times when the engine is running.
