Is the Vibe suitable as a dingy?

Post by Heinz »

I used to have a Mazda Protoge that I towed behind my GMC motorhome on all four.I'm looking for a replacement and am wondering if anyone has come accross restrictions in the owner/user manual or any reference to towing a Vibe with all wheels down. I would really like to get the Vibe with an AT, either base or AWD but may settle for standard shift if that would be what it takes to be able to tow it.Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.Heinz http://www.my-gmc.com

Per the owners manual- the manual transmissions (not the automatics) can be flat (dinghy) towed. There are no speed or distance restrictions listed.
