Tow hitch electrical connection, any help

Hi people,I have just finished making and installing a special hitch to carry my wife's wheelchar. Now all I need is the trailer electrical outlet. There are no obvious connectors underneath that I can see so can anyone who has installed a tow hitch offer some advice on what wiring loom I need and where to connect it.Thanks
