no jack stands. i have a hydraulic stand to lift it up and then 4 stands to place under the car for support. they look just like the ones in triton's earlier pics of the car w/o the wheels back on.
I just did mine yesterday with the crossdrilled rotors. I only did one coat on all the calipers. I lifted one at a time and painted it, then installed the wheel, no problem. I left them for 6 hrs then drove away, no problems.
Did you take the calipers off or leave them on as you painted them? Also....do you use a spray type paint or apply the paint with a brush. They look nice. I have considered doing mine as well...not sure what color to go with though.Jim

i left them on and painted them on the car. was the G2 kit, so brush on. made it very easy. and great paint.... you have to add the hardener so it's only good for 4-6 hrs before it's too hard.
nope. just brushed the paint on. got a little bit on the sliders, but i'd say very very small amount. i spent 22 yrs in art so wasn't too worried about it.
