Chev Optra 5

Post by Mavrik »

Got to take a good look at this today... not a bad looking vehicle I gotta admit. Maybe I just like the mazda style tail lights...

That Malibu is ugly but that Optra 5 looks nice. Almost as sporty as my Vibe. And I don't know if this is a canadian model only.

Just looks like your typical Chevy to me with some fancier tails on it. Not a bad looking car, but its not out on a limb with styling either. I am not sure I would want a Chevy badged Daewoo though. Historically the domestic badged Korean cars have not been the best built machines around (Ford Festiva, Aspire, Geo Metro, late 80's early 90's Pontiac LeMans).

Geo Metro was a Japanese designed Suzuki, built in Canada by GM.

I just bought my wife a 2004 Chevy Optra sedan. Great little car, good mileage. A little under powered (only 120HP), but also about 60 bucks a month chaeper than the comparable civic!!!!!!
